Koeman will probably make a player out of him, for me he looked at his best when he played alongside Sakho.
he actually has a really good 'leap' and was a real threat at the back post.
bit of confidence and everton might have a decent loan deal.

Everton have agreed to pay the whole of Enner Valencia’s wages during his loan spell at the club.
Such was Toffees manager Ronald Koeman’s enthusiam to take our mis-firing striker that he gave the thumbs up to paying the the the entire personal terms in order to get the player into Goodison Park.
Koeman left his move late with ClaretandHugh being told by Hammers souurces that there was no contact from the Merseyside club until “earlier this week.”
And once talks had started there was no stopping them with the Toffees agreeing to everything the Irons wanted.
We were told: “The first contact came at the start of the week and it was clear that this was going to be a deal that would suit both sides.
“The £1.5 million loan fee involved was agreed along with Everton taking on the full responsibility for wages and an agreement that we would make money were the deal to become permanent with a prie of £14.5m being agreed.”

Seeing how distraught he looked after the Bournemouth game really pulled on the heart strings a little bit for me.
Fact of the matter is no matter how much you earn, what lifestyle you live and what path life takes you we all have feelings and enner is the same. I felt sorry for him but in a game of football where points, pride and multi millions of pounds are at stake and the players are paid fortunes that only the every day man can dream of we need players who can change games at the drop of a hat.
Enner for me won't ever be the world beater he seemed to be in the first 6 months he arrived here, however certainly not up there with the Wayne Quinns of this world who effectively stole a living.
At least Enner stuck around, got himself fit, made himself available and gave 100% effort in the C and B, unlike a certain Mr Sakho.

Surprised he chose Everton over Swansea.
To get best out of him he has to be playing week in week out. Showed signs of quality in his first six months here. Even Chelsea were sniffing around him.
Say what you want about him. Enner is a model pro. He knows he was not wanted by the club or the fans but he still turned up and gave his all. Shame we cant say the same about Sakho yet no one slags him off. Now that is a player that should fuck off at the earliest opportunity.

Not hard to work out that he was played as every other cunt was injured.
With the international break, we'll have a few of them back raring to go by the next game and so no biggy moving him on.
With him well. Limited player, but generally put a shift in.

As Carlton F Cole lowered the baseline of shitness to the Nth degree, we can class Valencia as a decent player that was worth taking a punt on but who it didn't work out for at our place.
The away goal at Hull which I witnessed live will always be remembered. For a little guy he could get up and score with his head like a good 'un and he could also take a decent free kick. While pacey, he proved to be a little lightweight mostly and could never really get to grips with Premier League football. I'm surprised then that Everton came in for him on loan - maybe Koeman thinks their (new?) style of play will suit Valencia better.
I hope he does well enough at Everton for them to want to buy him or maybe he'll end up in Italy or South America. What he won't be doing is festering like a scabby donkey at West Ham for seven years while hardly scoring or assisting, then being called a legend by some.

whether you disagree with 'shop window' or not, i would suggest that managers are more likely to want a player that is match fit rather than one that hasn't kicked a ball in anger since may.
